Help: Day-Date 118238 date changes at 4:25am

Hi friends - I bought my day-date 36 new in October 2017. Yes, the warranty is now expired.

The watch keeps time well, but the day and date change are occurring at 4:25am. The watch has been gently owned. Never dropped.

What could have caused this? Can the RSC fix this without performing a full service?

That date and day can only change is when the hour hand has done two complete turns around the dial,on your watch looks like the hands possibly need re-setting on hand stack. Rolex uses a cam system for the date change and sometimes they can get a bit dry so it could take and extra time for the jewel to slide off the cam it does not indicate a problem with the watch but possible watch needs a full service.
