The 7-month wait was well worth it.

It's as good as you think it is.

I'm on the list for a Daytona, but if I'm honest with myself, I think this is "the one" for me. It'll join my 124060 in the lineup, and man, I might be done. (Which is good, because who knows when I'll ever get a call for a Daytona.)

This beauty is gonna get a lot of wrist time.

Wonderful pick up.

Got mine recently on the Jubilee & for me, it’s the best modern Rolex. Got everything you need with the Pepsi.

Love it and love the one I got a month or so ago. Congrats. I'm also awaiting a Daytona and Sub, but, honestly, I think the GMT will get the lion's share of wrist time to the point that I won't be heartbroken if I don't get either of the other two. This is an awesome timepiece all the way around.

Congrats on the BLRO! Have patience on the Daytona, that would complete a perfect trio

I’m the same but with a mk2 39mm Explorer. Picked up my GMT BLRO on oyster and genuinely still believe that is it.

Thanks guys!

I've only had it two days, but it took about 8 seconds on-wrist to realize I could wear it much longer than my Sub. And yes, while the Daytona would round out a perfect trio, I'm super happy (and grateful) with what I have.

Splendid timepiece that will last you a lifetime. Unless you really need a chrono you could pass on the Daytona.

Seven months is not long for this one. That Daytona may be in sooner than you think. Big congrats.

Congratulations! The BLRO is my favorite reference.

You don't need anything else.

Thanks all!

I agree, it was far from the worst wait, especially considering I didn't have a lot of purchase history (the Sub and some Mikimoto pearl earrings for the wifey).

I'm pretty minimalistic and don't want a lot of stuff in my life, and the thought has crossed my mind these last two days that this could easily be a collection of one. For a long time I was, and was committed to being, a one watch guy. But I'm pretty attached to the Sub, so we'll see.
