That item number is not found, both on the US site and UK site. Also tried looking at completed items with this item number and also nothing.

This use to happen if Ebay removes a fake item or bans a seller.

Keeps changing used to mean that somebody hacked several accounts and uses these for Phishing as long as they not get a fish on their hook.
However the last Ebay listing doesn't seems to be a dead-sure fake. |
