Correct OysterFlex
Hello everyone. My AD called first week of 2023 and said for me to come in. I went in and she had a 126610LV. I wasn’t happy cause I’ve been waiting two year for a 126710BLRO. But I bought it anyway. I figured it would look good on an OysterFlex so I reached back out to her and she agreed to sell me the bracelets. Now I’ve been doing research and I’m not worried about the sizing cause she will do it in store but I don’t want to walk in in educated. Can anyone point me in the right direction as in which OysterFlex Bracelets will fit. Ex from Yacht-master, Daytona, Sky Dweller. Thanks again.

This sounds messy. Why did you buy a watch you didn't want?

In place of pepsi gmt i have received white skydweller, green sub, blue milgauss, gold daytona, blue GMT.
Sub belongs on bracelet. But it’s nice to have the rubber change of pace They keep calling and I keep buying. |

You need custom end links too

I believe the new Submariner has a 21mm lug width? I believe the Yachtmaster WG42 on Oysterflex is also 21mm so that is what would fit. Daytona’s are 20mm and I think Skydweller is 22mm.

Have you considered Everest or Rubber B?

Yes. I believe to add OF to a Rolex watch is about 2K with both straps the end inserts. I would never spend that but would go with Rubber B or Everest, etc.

Unfortunately looks like Smarty has not yet added endlinks for the 12 series Subs that now have 21mm lugs. I don’t know if anyone else makes aftermarket endlinks. |

Oysterflex only comes on specific models like you had mentioned. I'm not 100% sure, but I believe the OF straps area all the same besides the sizes? There ARE different sizes in these, so I hope they measured your wrist for the order?
I'm a bit surprised that your SA sold you those and will also install them onto your Sub LV? Rolex and Rolex AD's are usually always so strict about installing items onto pieces that they never originally came with. Congrats on your Sub LV. I know that wasn't the one you were waiting for, but it's a nice piece and I hope you do enjoy it. Also, as mentioned by another member, I think you should get a pair of end links. It really gives it a more finished look imo. Smarty end links seem to be the most popular ones. |

The end link sizes are different with the different models hence I’m asking around maybe somebody has done it. My SA won’t have them installed. She would only measure me and sell them to me. Installing them would be on my own. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk |

This is going to be tricky. You need to get the end links. I think your best bet is a Horus strap. But you probably want the factory look with the Oysterflex.

I'm not sure that would even work. Have you done the research to confirm this is even a viable plan?

Correct OysterFlex
It works per this thread by @stylinleems - but new, aftermarket end links are in your future for the OF (if the gap you see there would bother you)
https://www.rolexforums.com/showpost...4&postcount=20 Also, read his other post in same thread about making sure the right part # is ordered: Quote:

The OF straps from the YM42 will fit the Sub41 as they are 21/17mm.
The part number you need is 218-107-xx (where xx is your size, D, E, F etc.) Not sure which endlinks would work though. |

Besides once they fit it in store, they can switch out the straps to get you the right fit. I never did this at AD, but have done it at RSC a few times. I feel bad they opened up a couple of straps for me, but they made sure that I was happy with the fit. PS- OF straps are mostly 20mm or 21mm, the newer LV to my knowledge is 21mm. |

Just go Everest or Rubber B and call it a day. You’re pursuing a Frankenstein bracelet job that will not end well.
