I think I may have finally found decent watch for my 4 year old lol

My soon to be 4 year old has been bugging me for a watch that glows in the dark like dads and recently tried to commandeer my wife's 31mm oyster perpetual siting it was his size and not her size He even went so far as to tell me when I was putting him to bed last night that he wanted a watch collection

Mind you I have never told him I collected watches or used that terminology nor has my wife although it is evident to anyone I spend way too much time fiddling with watches. Anyways its slim pickings in the 28-32mm segment for kids and I just don't love the parchie pal stuff. I came across momentum watches which claim to be assembled in Canada. It is a Japanese quartz movement, 100m wr, 32mm by 10mm thick titanium case. Most importantly its lumed and rather tasteful in execution I feel.

Just figured I would throw it out there as I am sure there are other nut jobs like me looking for kids watches. This could surely work for much older kids too. Will update when it lands.

Edit(forgot to mention I found a discount code FB10 for 10% off)

I dig it

Also, I like that he took a run at the Rolex. Go big or go home

Thanks for this!

Last Christmas I got our four year old a watch box and filled it with some fun watches…Snoopy Swatch, Snoopy Timex, Paw Patrol kids watch, dinosaur watch, old Tag Heuer. He keeps it in his room and is so proud. So fun watching him gaze at his collection :)

Sounds like what my son has in mind. Glad to be of help. Let’s hope it’s decent.

Good find. Just a thought, you may need to be prepared to punch an extra hole in the strap.

Yeah I was thinking the same thing. I’ll rig it up somehow. Might take some creativity or even a different strap altogether. Will let everyone know when I get it.

It landed and he loves it! I just poked a new hole with a thumb tack and it seems to be working fine. One thing I dislike is only the hands are lumed but for 180 bucks I guess I won’t complain. He’s super excited it’s water proof and has the lume.

Great! Hope he loves it. I also trimmed the strap with a razor almost like a 5167 so there wasn’t too much tail on it. You’ll see. Easy.
