What is for sale here. Description and condition.
Another iconic watch: The Rolex Explorer 36mm reference 14270 with the lug holes case, which are less and less common these days. This one is RARE with the lug holes case AND new Super Lumiova dial and hands (and bracelet) as it was serviced about ten years ago by RSC (RSC service serial inscription can be seen in the back of the back case). Please note the amazing SERIF of the Super Luminova service dial !!! Amazing !!

The watch has been serviced by my local watchmaker Ben who has 40+ years of experience, he replaced the mainspring and fully serviced the watch. Timegraph readings are there and show the movement in great working order, please see for yourself. The watch is in good shape. I think this watch was polished at one point, but as you can see, the lugs are thick and even. It comes with its original end links and 78360 and 558B end links with clasp stamped S2 which is a service bracelet too (S for service, 2 for the month, so Feb) and 12 links with minimal stretch. The case shows signs of wear all around, like you expect on a vintage watch this age, and it has two nicks, please see the pics. The watch has been pressure tested and passed. Once the watch leaves my hands, WR is not guaranteed. TZ rating for a vintage watch, 85%.
