New Rolex Headquarters Tower

Waiting list is forming for the new Rolex Headquarters Manhattan Tower. If you are interested to visit and enter the building, completion date December 2025, register now at your local AD. Side note; waiting list to use the restroom in the building is almost full.

How large is the Rolex USA organization? I can’t imagine them using more than a few floors at best, but are they leasing out the rest? What are they doing in their current building?

Nice way to shuffle some money to CAPEX projects and get all the tax benefits though.

Old building has been demolished. They are currently working out of a temp space nearby.

Hmmmm, I am disappointed they didn’t hire my firm to design the building.

With so much vacant office space, I can't believe anyone would invest in the a Manhattan Tower today.

Rolex isn’t a renter in general, and wants to build to suit their image in a USA HQ methinks.

It’ll be great to have more departments together rather than being spread out as they were before.

I recall talking to an old AD back home who was a neighbor of mine and he told me that Rolex makes its real money from real estate and that they own all the buildings they have offices in and rent out the rest of the space.

I tried that number. The person I spoke to said “no Rolex for you”.

They didn’t even want to take my name
