Bezel Removal and Click Spring Replacement (A13340)

So I recently added another one of these ( the A13340) to my collection. The pre-owned pieces is in decent shape, running at -2 seconds per day as the overseas dealer pointed out in the listing.

However, I discovered the bezel was shockingly stuff, and eventually would not rotate anymore. The seller was pleasant to deal with and offered a partial refund after seeing the video I made highlighting the issue.

Anyway, I'm satisfied but do not yet wish to send this watch in for a service at Breitling, especially not if it's running at -2 seconds per day.

I'm not sure if it's a process I would be able to do with the right screw driver (fitting perfectly and not damaging the bezel screws).

I was able to find the part listed online, but wanted to see if any of you have experience with this or advice on how to best have it done.
