What's the difference between Pelagos clasp and T-fit clasp?

Other than the setting on the Pelagos that expands/contracts, are the technologies the same? I've watched videos of the T-fit and it's frequently praised, but it seems to be the same as what I have on my Pelagos, minus the expandable setting. Does it have more settings?
