Modern GMT Master Top Heavy with Jubilee Bracelet?

So I've read somewhere that it may be for some people. I have a DJ41 with jubilee and don't find it to be (7.25 inch wrist). I would like to hear some opinions on this please.. I may go grey for a spare jubilee bracelet and don't want to spend $3k+ if this is the case. Thanks.

I’ve no personal experience, but I wouldn’t have thought so. My 116710 isn’t too heavy with a nato on, so I can’t imagine a jubilee would be any different whatsoever.

Although somewhat of an exaggeration, yes the 6 digit professional references can feel top heavy if not snug around the wrist or countered by a robust clasp / bracelet.

Not at all top-heavy on jubilee, for me.

Obviously wears a little bit lighter on the wrist vs. the oyster due to the finer links on the jubilee - thus giving it less of a “tool” look (for lack of a better term).
Other opinions will vary.

I dont find it top heavy. The GMT wears flat on the wrist so it won't move about the way a Submariner or Sea-Dweller will (those sit proud on the wrist).

Bingo. Definitely get one, as it's great to have options. Try calling RSC to see if you can order directly from Rolex and save a few $'s

Thank you all. So far three local AD's to include the Boutique I purchased the BLRO from denied me from purchasing a jubilee bracelet.

Called RSC earlier and was advised that they can only provide "Same" bracelet when purchased and would have to send watch to them. Besides, jubilee bracelet is on back order for at least six months so I was told.

I guess I will just enjoy my oyster bracelet for now..

It wears just fine on my 6.5" flat wrist. Not top heavy at all. I've been wearing mine 24/7 since last Saturday and and most of the time I forget I'm wearing a watch, it's so comfortable on the Jubilee.

Not top heavy but I think it does wear slightly lighter and not as robust and sporty as the Oyster. Very comfortable. I couldn't see being let down with adding the Jubilee.

All my SS GMT (BLNR & BLRO) and SS Blue Sky D. have jubilee bracelets, I don’t feel top heavy at all.

The most comfortable watch I own and a nice change of pace from Oyster bracelets IMO

I have the BLRO and don't find it to be top heavy at all with the jubilee. It's the most comfortable watch I've ever worn.

I had to get an extra link because it'd get slightly too tight for comfort in the warmer months, but when fitted correctly, it's perfect.

No it’s very light and flat on the wrist. Much prefer it on jubilee over the pcl oyster bracelet in looks and feel.

I would imagine those with issues thinking it's top heavy do not have an appropriately proportioned bracelet. i.e. too many/few links on the 12:00 vs 6:00 side.

FWIW, I've owned both oyster and jubilee for my BLNR. I don't find it top heavy on jubilee on my 6.75" wrist. Never even crossed my mind.

Thanks. Grass is just greener on the other side :) I will just enjoy what I have for now for the years to come. Jubilee does seem a little bit on the busy side on a BLRO but I still don't mind having one. I've longed for one on my 16700 for decades..

Ive had a BLRO on jubileee and BLNR on oyster and I do think it is a bit top heavy. I find the Oyster pairs better aesthetically, and balances the watch better too from a wearability standpoint. That said, the jub is very comfortable.

I have owned the BLNR on oyster and my BLRO on jubilee and have never once had the thought of top heavy. The only stainless steel Rolex that I’ve had that thought with is the modern Sea Dweller lineup, both 43mm and 44mm.

Own both, and on jubilee it is NOT top heavy, in my opinion. It definitely wears and feels more comfortable.
