Ionic Cleaner For Bracelet ?

Has anyone used a Speedbrite ionic cleaner on just their bracelet ?

I know people have used ultrasonic cleaners on their watches, but what about ionic jewelry cleaners ?

I am just afraid that the electrodes could damage the workings of my watch so wanted to check here first before doing this.

I was thinking of putting just my bracelet into my ionic cleaner, the head of the watch would be suspended above the solution, but the current would flow through the entire watch. I am not taking the bracelet off of the watch.

Here is what I would use:

If you don't recommend my using the ionic cleaner, can you please recommend an ultrasonic cleaner with watch bracelet holder

Thank you.

IDK, but my mother had a ladies gold DD and put the entire watch in the ultrasonic cleaner all the time. She wore it in situations that 99.99 percent of the folks on this forum would be screaming for their shocks and never had an issue. She wore it 25 years plus and was never serviced. These are not delicate watches, any of them. People have to weigh out the expense versus risk now days as the prices and availability issues have changed the calculus. People like my mother and I to a lesser degree grew up in a time where watches were worn as tools to tell the time and in the pre cell phone era, they were worn doing everything.

I just use a few drops of Dawn Ultra and I use the watch holder in the cleaner for 90 seconds.

I use this cheap one, you can buy everywhere.
It really works great and a visually very clean bracelet still has a lot of gunk.
I always remove the bracelet though.
