Hi, browsing some online listings & noticed that some DD36s (118239) have luminous hands & others do not.

Is there any rhyme or reason to this?
Depends on the dial color?
Is this an indication that one or the other has had some kind of post-sale "work" done? (either hands replaced at RSC/independent due to whatever reason, or indication of something fugazi?)

Dials that don’t have lume markers (such as Roman dials, meteorite dials, diamond dials) are not supposed to have hands with lume. So there are lume and non lume hands from Rolex
