Have no idea if this is BS or not but they cut production across the board. Secondary market is bursting at the seams with Rolexes

No way this is true. Rolex sells EVERY GMT they make, there's no reason to slow down production.

They are literally building a new production $1.1B facility to INCREASE production, it should be open by 2029.

In the meantime they're opening 2 new temporary facilities that should be online by 2025

Rolex Is Building 3 New Factories to Keep Up With the Unprecedented Demand for Its Watches

If you watched a minute of that video you would know it refers specifically to production issues associated with the the red half of the bezel, so BLRO only.

Does he show actual proof? Is there a notice from Rolex, or is this just another typical speculation? My buddy just got his Meteorite btw.

Do YT'ers get paid after 30 seconds or is that just streamed music? A full minute seems too long. Should we be 'reporting' these videos to YouTube admin?

Never any concrete proof just vague statements and hutches.

Rolex is a black box; none of these YT'ers ever have hard evidence; pure speculation and click bait.

The bezel is now in its 10th year of production. There are replica ceramic Pepsi watches that are nearly identical to the real ones, for goodness' sake. Anyone who still claims that Rolex is having trouble producing the Pepsi ceramic bezel is full of it or misinformed.

P.S. You know it's questionable as soon as they mention "66%." That's a specific number that is unlikely to be discovered by some YouTube watch dealers.

Could it be? Some sense in this discussion? I’m not sure where or how this narrative started, but my goodness it’s tired. Rolex has never confirmed this “trouble in making the BLRO bezel.” The entity is absolutely flushed with cash, so do many honestly think they “haven’t figured out how to properly produce the bezel?” Money can solve just about any production problem, and with 10 years under Rolex’s belt producing BLROs and unlimited funds, it’s insanity to think they are “having trouble” producing the bezels. Last I checked Steinhart has their own ceramic BLRO bezel, and it looks identical to that of Rolex.

Don’t want YouTube watch people, but how is their message any different than what happens here on the forum? How many “my AD said” threads do we see every day? Because you can see their faces on camera, you feel the need to belittle? I honestly thought this forum was full of adults, perhaps I’m wrong.

So Rolex has been making this watch variant since 2018 and suddenly in they can't make the color right!!!!

Fact is a high end manufacturer like Rolex will only improve manufacturing process over time at lower costs..

Here's the thing. The whole bezel is red, its the blue that gets added.

So technically, the statement of "production issues associated with the red half" is wrong.

Even if for some reason they are cutting Pepsi production, then production of other references will be increasing to keep them running at 100%. They aren’t going to leave one dime on the table.

If you have a watch centric YouTube Channel, you have a stake in modern Rolex
You make Youtube Ad revenue and sponsorship dollars off every video they can convince you to click on, and its been proven that simply putting "Rolex" in the video title exponentially increases a videos reach and engagement meaning you make more money off it
