New guy here
New here, and just wanted to make an introduction. I’ve been into watches for a few years and fell in love with the SD43 took about nine months from the AD. Previously was wearing a movado, I received for a graduation gift. I’ve got a handful of citizens and appreciate and wear them all but it’s mechanical for me all the way now. Thought I’d share some pics and say hello.
Had a couple questions, and who better to ask? Does anyone here have any hands on experience with the Cellini prince? I love this watch and it being a “different” kind of Rolex. Square case, display case back and precious metal. Would love to add one for appropriate occasions. But have no idea how it wears. If anyone has any experience with this watch I would love to hear it. Also, has anyone found any found any end links for a steel sky-dweller. I do like to change the straps. I think it adds uniqueness to the watches and saves the factory bracelet and clasp from normal everyday wear and tear. Old love to fit a blue or gray suede strap to the skydweller, and prefer the finished esthetic of a strap with endlinks. Also anyone know of a good place to source straps made for a folding clasp and not a standard buckle you see everywhere. |
