Hooking up the travel trailer tonight and getting out of Dodge tomorrow for a 10 day junket. Time for a little R & R down by the river in amongst the dinosaur bones.

This military retiree is tired - No school today so I biked 14 miles & ran 3. I have a family history of high blood pressure, so I must stay somewhat healthy now that I am retired from the service.

Hot - hot - hot - 86 degrees in Oceanside, CA today.
Going out for sushi tonight!

I am in Mexico City. Spent the day in Puebla. The drive from Mexico City to Puebla was beautiful. Volcanos - green farm land - forests - snow and a beautiful deep colored rainbow.

Puebla has a beautiful little down "Centro" area - Colonial - really beautiful and excellent food. Cheers!
