Besides everything mentioned above also looks very much like PVD coated metal which you would be able to feel by its mass, even has a scratch (or something that looks like it) where the case meets the bracelet on the bottom.

If you take a picture of the movement and the side of the watch where the bracelet is supposed to have all the little screws or rivets or whatever you call them you will be able to tell more.

Besides the markers the picture also seems to have some off proportions but that could be due to camera and angle

100% was original and ceramic. Just the dial makes no sense….

Movement looks legit. May be an aftermarket dial, most unique pieces state so on the back plate
