Daytona 126500LN: white or black?
Dear fellow watch enthusiasts,
I would like to buy the new Daytona 126500LN but I'm undecided on which dial color to choose: white or black. In 2016 I purchased the 116500LN with a black dial and in 2018 I found myself purchasing the one with a white dial as well. Now I would like to be more decisive. I'm leaning towards the white dial, it's true, but the black one also looks very eye-catching and more beautiful than the previous one. I thank everyone who participates in this survey. |

Personally I prefer the black dial. That said, if I had mostly black dial SS Rolex, I’d go with white for a little variety

I have a Black dial and White dial Daytona (not 126500’s) … to me …
the Black Dial is the better looking of the two watches … the White Dial is the more interesting looking of the two watches. Either choice is a no lose pick. For me, when (if) offered a 126500, I will choose whichever fits into my collection best. |

I went white as for some reason, on a daytona, i find the black bezel/black dial combo too much black. The white also looks (to me) like a zenith daytona with ceramic. The smaller chrono rings in black are very, very nice. Tough choice though.

I would get the white 126500 as I already have a black 116500. Otherwise I might have wanted the black 126500. A few pics to compare black and white 126500

Prefer the white 11 series and the black 12 series.
That said, you can’t go wrong with either and I’d get the one firstly I liked the most, and secondly what fitted into my collection the best. |

I have both a new 2024 White Dial and 2021 Black Dial (old reference) and honestly there is no right or wrong answer. They are both fantastic in their own right. I would probably lean towards black if it had to be one or the other. White is in your face and black is slightly more discreet.

I used to think the white was a grail to me. I don’t really like it that much anymore. The black is a stunner and don’t live white dials.

Own both 116's and if I were to offered a new 126, I would go black as I prefer the 116 in white.

126500 white > 126500 black > 116500 black >116500 white. The 12 white has a classiness and refinement I find missing in the 11 white. The blacks are much closer in that regard, with the 12 black ahead on case shape. When the renders first came out I was preferring the 12 black to the 12 white, but the real world pictures have changed my view on that.
