Independant Rolex service?

Looking for an independent service provider to work on one of my watches. Who is the 'go to' these days? Im in Florid if that helps.

Depends on what watch you want to service as some watches are RSC service only.

Its an older Breitling. Wait time is 6 months at Breitling service center thus branching out.
