What is it???

I mean, what is it about wrist watches that we are so obsessed with? We have time keepers all around us. Our cell phones, wall clocks, the internet, etc. Why do we love our watches so much?

My theory...

As a recently "bit" person, now Rolex obsessed... I think it's the little kid in us who likes shiny things, and the adult who likes quality machinery - not to mention the thrill of finding the "one" or the next one...

Check out the online documentary below if you have not already. British made short film on luxury watches and the people who buy them.

One quote by a British actress who buys / wears mens watches goes something like... "It's a piece of jewelry, but it's also doing something"
