No love for the newer DD 128239?

Any owners hear, particularly the white gold 128239? Small wrist so love the 36mm size. Considering this model but would be great to get thoughts from fellow TRF members!

Mine is the older 118239, but it’s virtually the same look as the 128239.

It’s definitely a favorite - If I could only keep one, it might well be this one.
Not too flashy, very legible, and ofc 36mm is *the* classic DD.

I like this in white gold, 36mm is preferred.

cool watch, but I'd never own a white gold day date. Might as well get the platinum

I don't own one but I'm a fan. If they add some variation to new roman numeral dials, I would definitely be interested

They did. They added the DD40 style Roman numbers and ombre dials in blue and green to the 36mm DD

Yes, these changes really hampered my like for the '23 DD36. I loved the blue ombre dial, but can't do diamond indices. The avant-garde Roman numerals are really sleek. I do think I like the PT/glacial dial a bit more. It's almost a 2x price increase, though. It may be worth it... that's my present to myself after my next career milestone.

No they will have the blue ombré dial with the DD40 Roman numbers now for the DD36. Not the diamonds anymore on ombré blue DD36

I love my 228239 green dial, just got my wife a 128239 with blue ombre so we can pair. I love the WG Rolex.
