Trading 126613LB Bluesy for TT Sky Dweller

Hi all! I was just offered a two tone Sky Dweller for my local AD. It is the gold rolesor on jubilee. Would you guys personally entertain trading a 126613 "Bluesy" for it? Why or why not? Thanks all!

I personally wouldn't as my 126613LB is on of my top favorites in the collection. However, I suppose this is highly subjective in how you feel about yours. Also, I would consider what's already in your watch box. Is it just the LN GMT and Bluesy for now? I suppose the jubilee would bring something different to your collection.

Ultimately, I think a huge part of this proposition should include how much extra you're going to have to pay your AD for this trade.

Interesting watches you have in the collection! I just picked up a Batman jubilee via grey, traded my steel sub in towards it, was thinking of adding the bluesy and see you had one too! Or to consolidate into full gold bluesy/ panda…

Personally OP I wouldn’t trade the bluesy for the skydweller

Thank you kindly! I definitely endorse a BLNR on jubilee and Bluesy in the same collection. Highly recommend! I personally would not do a full-gold bluesy for a couple of reasons: I feel like it's too much weight. Also, in a sports watch, I feel like a full gold piece is a little too easy to damage. Gold is significantly softer than steel, and I dive with my Submariners. At least on the 126613LB, the case and flanks of the bracelet are steel so it affords a bit more durability for such things.

Skydweller is a bigger watch. I like them both. I think i wouldn’t trade for the bluesy. Do you wear it much?

I think the general consensus is to keep the Bluesy so that's what I'll do!! Thank you for everyone for your suggestions!

I think the Bluesy is a more interesting watch in this case and pairs well with your GMT. Don’t get me wrong, the SkyD is my favorite watch, but I think the Bluesy is a better two tone choice. Is the TT champagne the only SkyD you like? Can you get a stainless from your AD?

I’d rather have the sky dweller no question.

I’ve got a black dial TT Skydweller on oyster, as well as the 126613 Bluesy. Bluesy gets way more compliments.

I would keep the “Bluesy”.

The two-tone / gold dial Sky-Dweller does not do it for me.

The Two-Tone / White Dial would be a better choice, to me.

The Stainless / Blue Dial would be the only Sky-Dweller I am interested in.

The Bluesy is just perfect as is.

Bluesy says “old man watch”. Skydweller is cool. I’d go for it. Just my own opinion, of course.

I’d keep my ‘old man’ bluesy, whatever on earth that’s meant to mean, bluesy with that sunburst dial just pops, sky-dweller fitted too big for me, and as I don’t wear my watches too often such a cuffufal setting it again .. Bluesy says summer to me, Pina Colada in my hand, pool, bbq burning away (if I’m doing it) and chilling in the sun !

I would. I see TT Subs so often, too common. Skydwellers not as often.
