Who knows used prices?
OK, I did look and I did not find anything on here. I do not think it is safe to use EScabies as a indicator of value. Panerai PAM 233 J LNIB with everything as new just back from Panerai Service in Dallas. If you were selling one what would be a price you would be happy with getting or if you were a buyer what would you consider a fair price. THANK YOU!

I've seen asking prices for pre-love 233 J series for high $9k. IMHO, looks like mid $8k to mid-$9k seem to be approriate. Personally, if I was in the market for a preowned 233, I wouldn't jump unless it was in the lower $8k range but I recognized that it would be a killer deal and may not be the norm.

So, if I can get $9250 out of mine and that was the potential buyers offer I should take it and run hunh... I just do not have the love for the watch I used to, I thought it would be one Id own forever but due to an experience it has left a sour taste in my mouth.

When 233 with am/pm eventually show up (as if!) then who knows what the values of dot 233 will be. Like stock market. For me, if I love it and want it, then I'd go for it. If mixed feelings, then think very very hard. Have to be 100% all way in so you'd be happy with it.

Well, I would question why a J just came back from service.
I've seen them going for $8500 easy.

M I sent it in just as it was about to run out of warranty and I said it was running fast (it wasnt)... I figure its always better to send it in while still on their dime and get it looked over, worse case would have been they say its fine and send it back but instead they did a full service for free.
Sounds like I have a good offer and should seriously consider it. I think its fair as the watch looks like it just came from the AD... I do not want to sit around and TRY to get the high 9's when I can get a fair price and its someone who wants and is keeping it for themself. |

Sold my 233 and now time to find a couple things I will like and be happier with.
What about prices on a J 243 and a K 279 both used but with everything. I have the chance to get both and both are pieces I really like. Just could not find any prices on used 279's other than one from March which was 2750 Euros (I am looking for US market prices) |
