If it's a face Rolex, but real white gold or platinum, it's probably worth the value of the metal. Most of those diamonds look to small to really be worth much, besides around the bezel, but I know nothing of pricing stones. I'd get it authenticated first, and if it is indeed fake, take it to a jeweler who specializes in scrapping old jewelry for the raw materials.

It may be a loooooog shot(as others have amply advised you with)... but those tiny markings on the clasps of your watch are looking...familiar. |
