Side by Side?
Anyone have any Skydweller vs DJ 41 pics as a side by side? Today i went to my AD and they didn't have a SD to try on, so i am relying on pics to make this decision
any help is appreciated |

Can you not visit a friendly grey dealer/ used dealer with the relevant stock?
That’s a fairly large (and expensive) watch to buy without trying. |

The Sky Dweller is taller and heavier. Every one I've tried fitted my 6.5" flat wrist comfortably and I would highly recommend meeting both watches in the metal at the same time. Photos are nice to look at (I could look at photos of Sky Dwellers all day long) but they won't tell you much.

you might find the sky dweller to be heavy and very uncomfortable. I know I did. Not a great daily.

Despite the 1mm advertised difference, the SkyD wears significantly larger than the DJ.

I’d definitely be trying one on and as mentioned try any source available to you. You will then be in a position to make a proper decision on which you prefer based on looks and feel.

A DJ41 actually measures around 39.5mm.
Good luck! |

SkyD is a big watch. It wears bigger than a 42mm to me.

You're hitting on the very reason I went with a DJ over a SkyD. The heft, the thickness, the overall size is just significantly higher in the SkyD. The annual calendar complication is cool and all, but something I decided I really didn't need over the DJ, especially in exchange for the comfortability.
