FS: NOS 1997 Rolex 16520 Zenith Daytona Black Dial with hang tags New Old Stock
For sale is a New Old Stock (NOS) 40mm stainless steel Rolex Zenith Daytona. The 16520 is a U serial, circa 1997 production, and is accompanied by its original serialized and COSC hang tags.
The Daytona features a brushed steel case, which is accented by a fixed polished steel tachymeter bezel. The Rolex is mounted on its original 78390 Oyster bracelet, which is unsized and fully linked, containing 12 full size links. The Oyster bracelet is stamped with a “Z11” clasp code, which corresponds with a production date of November, 1997. The Daytona features a black dial with applied polished white gold tritium coated hour markers, white gold tritium coated hands, and sub dial registers at 3, 6, and 9 o’clock. The tritium lume plots and hands have started to acquire a light cream / custard colored patina with age, which beautifully accent the light Patrizzi sub dials. Overall, the Daytona is in NOS condition, having spent its entire life locked away in a safe. It retains its original protective stickers, with minimal showcase wear from handling. Shall deliver for $29,950 Instagram: thewatchguy Email: [email protected] Phone: 410-215-2269 - All serial numbers on the watch and hang tags are fully visible, but have blurred in the photos for security purposes. - Feel free to reach out to me on my cell (410-215-2269) with any questions or inquiries.
