Snoopy Call

Got the call from Omega last week and now in possession of snoopy, exactly 4 years after I joined the wait list.

At this stage I am not convinced by the nylon strap so may look to replace that

Congratulations OP

I'm wearing mine today on bracelet- I do find the bracelet a bit uncomfortable if I'm honest.20241105_171415.jpg

Congrats! I tried it on the bracelet just to see how it looks...and it hasn't been on the strap (which I do like) since.

Congrats OP, I got mine last week . One thing I would say is that even after 1 weeks wear , the blue strap is noticeably more comfortable than it was at start . It really is a lovely watch. On the speedy strap it is of course comfortable but doesn't quite do it for me in daytime light. Good to have the options tho!

So basically right before discontinuing the Snoopy, Omega cranked up to production so everyone can get one. Great marketing! Prices of the Snoopy will now go down. So much for the “limited production” they pushed for years.

Did I say I was upset? I am just saying that this limited production run was a BS marketing trick. Keep production low at the beginning to crate hype and demand and then crank up production at the end so everyone can buy a watch. Nothing wrong with that - they still have to make money. Just my opinion.

Nice watch. The strap gets easier. It looks good on the bracelet too so you have options.

I didn’t like the lug gap left with the stock blue canvas. I ended up getting an aftermarket curved rubber textured strap and paired it with the Omega 16mm deployment clasp. It’s a great comfortable combination!
