Universal Geneve 12552 help

Hi guys,

I'm about to pull the trigger on a Universal Geneve watch that I found from Matthew Bain. The watch is listed in mint condition with no changed parts however I have some doubts about it. There isn't a tachymeter track on the dial, the moon face of the moonphase complication is blank (should it not have a face painted on it?), the dial is not signed "swiss" at the bottom, and the watch has a signed crown.

Could I please have your opinions on this watch as I just want to be safe before making the purchase (I understand that Matthew Bain is a very reputable seller I do not mean any offense I just wanted to be sure).

Thank you all.
