Hi Steve. Just finished reading the entire post. Have learned so much from you, sir. So much valuable info on the brand and models I have loved since turning 17 (and that was in 1987!), thank you. And thank you for sharing of your personal life and connection to these watches, yes they are tools but most of all, a precious reminder of the wonderful memories made while wearing them, and while being with our loved ones. I so very much enjoyed reading every single one of your post. Take care.

Steve I finished the book this weekend, a moving and haunting story. I’m not ashamed to admit that I had to stop numerous times as I had tears flowing.
An epic and heartbreaking story, thank you for sharing this.
As I told you this story will change lives, it has changed mine in a most moving and positive way.
To anyone out there reading this book please take your time with it and soak it all in, it isn’t nor should it be a quick read.
A very highly recommended book.

Hello Steve, I just came across this thread today. Amazing thread for sure and probably the best I've read. Took a while to read and at first I was not even sure I would get through it seeing the initial posts. Through the whole reading process I was thinking to myself, "this guy should write a book" I was very pleased to get to the end and see that you did in fact write a book. I just ordered it on Amazon and I cannot wait to dive in. Thank you for creating this thread and for sharing your story and amazing journey.

It is finally here!

I'm looking forward to reading it, currently in the middle of two books so should get started on this somewhere next week.
