I believe there are a few owners on here?

Friend of mine has just bought a second hand 661. Just wanted to check whether the watch would originally have come with a second strap/screwdriver when sold by the AD to the first owner.

It only came on the brown strap, just wondering whether it would also have come with a rubber strap and screwdriver/tool (as my 3 PAMs all did).
