Tudor Oysterdate - Rubber B?

Hi all - just purchased an early 2000s Tudor Prince Oysterdate Chronograph 79280. Given the lug width is 20mm, does anyone know if it would be possible to switch straps to a Rubber B that's deisgned for a Daytona?

Thanks in advance

I feel like it should work without any issue?

That's going to look incredible! Post some pics after the swap :)

Anyone try this out with a Daytona rubber strap?

I have a 79280 myself, and tried it on a Rubber b Velcro for a 16610, but it was not a perfect fit at the end link. The rubber has a slight gap and it needs to be overall taller at the SEL as you can see a part of the word “stainless steel” showing.

I've had both Rubber B and Everest bands for a few Rolex watches, and I happen to prefer the basic Hirsch Pure rubber strap over both of them. It's just clean and classic.
