You and me both! If I thought I could get one at that price, I would start saving now $$

It just goes to show that deals can be made; I feel like by buying three watches at the same time, I got my Milgauss almost for free!

That's a great way to think about it.... should put a smile on your face every time you wear the Milgauss .

Thanks. Maybe they'll be worth 1/2 of today's price a year from now? Who knows?

Speaking of Pav, the three of us ought to get together for a beer, and so I can drool over your great watches.

Nice slideshow.

Just realised instead of that discount you could have asked for a SD or Sub Date!!!!!!!!!!

Jim, I see you changed your picture. Much sweeter - who was that guy in the yellow dress anyway? It as a bit distrubing frankly! LOL

If a train can get me there (or I may be able to borrow a car) I'm definitely up for it. PM me if you want to arrange a little get together.

Thank you. Thanks for the info on Christopher Biggins; I'm ashamed to say I was not aware of him. So much for my knowledge of British culture.

Why not take a trip states side, and buy a fist full of watches?

This isn't a group-buy situation, when you want to buy an exhaust or intake for your M3.

Everyone's out for their own good. A group-buy for watches would be fantastic if we can pull one off.....
It can be done and has been done. Someone would just need to take the lead and find an AD that is willing to deal.

Some of the SoCal members of the Breitling Source forum organized a group buy for us through an AD last year. Details were kept to PM's to protect the AD. I was able to pick up 2 Breitlings at a ridiculous discount with no tax through this GB. Of course, BUSA eventually caught on to this and revoked that particular AD's status. So there is a significant risk on their end. But the economy has many ADs desperate right now and the temptation of moving a huge volume of watches could be very tempting!

I'd be all over a Rolex Group Buy. I need that 18kt GMT IIc green dial!

They are beauties!

My Aunt wore the Milgauss today and it looked incredible on her! My personal favorite was the Daytona ;) Looked good with my Air king. . . hehehe.

Wear them in good health and happiness!!

20% discount would be possible since you are getting 3 watches at one time. to save the 8% tax, how about if ull have the watch shipped outside n.y if you have relative in other state?and theyll just ship the watch back to you?thru fed ex insured.

If you want your name on the paperwork, and you are a New York resident, doing such would be tax evasion. That was something I did not want to do. The state where it is being hsipped is entitled to use tax. This issue has been discussed earlier in this thread. For the sake of 8%, it was important for me to keep good karma :)

Deal done; I paid the sales tax. Click on the link in my signature.
I didn't want to do anything illegal. Thanks for the offer though.
