I had the same issue with my 116520, however it was the top pusher (start/stop). I took it to my independent Rolex watchmaker. He told the pusher was missing a spring (it got lost when the pusher came off). He sourced the spring and re attached the pusher. It works great now, I've had no further issues.

Sorry for your misery. I do not have the patience to deal with this type of issue. It would be gone as soon as it came back from RSC.

Yup, that's exactly what I did. Just days after getting back my Daytona from Dallas RSC, I traded it in.....my respect or love, for this particular piece was gone...Wearing my "repaired" 40k Rolex, after owning it for only 52 days, made me sick, just the sight of it....

Ratty, What a shame....sorry to hear that you're still having this problem.
