Pure watches

Has anyone purchased a watch from ‘Pure Watches’ on eBay?
Not sure if mine is authentic.
They advertised it as authentic (band, face, bezel etc) but it feel light in weight.

They have sold over 1950 watches with 100% feedback.

Not sure whether to return it and try and get a refund

They sell a lot of vintage 70s/80s watches which came with hollow center link bands... if you are comparing to a modern Rolex you will notice a significant difference in weight... double check your listing and then have it looked at locally...

How do you know which appraiser to trust? Rolex themselves won’t recommend anyone

Any updates on the watch? I'm planning to purchase a rolex watch from them as well.

Pure Watches are THIEVES.

I bought a "rolex" from Pure Watches last month. The watch arrived defective and I requested a return. I sent the watch back in the same original packaging and condition it was sent to me in, it was never worn.

I did not receive a full refund for the watch. The seller stole $260 from the refund amount. I returned the pre-owned watch in the SAME condition that it was sent to me. The accounting department manager of this online retailer, Bella, was very rude and nasty over the phone and was not willing to come to a reasonable resolution with me. Instead, this store claimed there was some type of "residue" on the watch (FALSE), and using that as an excuse to steal money from me. DO NOT BUY FROM PURE WATCHES. They are scammers and thieves. I don't care what products a company has to offer, customer service will always matter the most, and taking advantage of buyers who return the product in it's same condition shouldn't be victims of this type of abuse.

I have recently purchased 2 pre-owned Rolex Day/Date Presidents from Pure Watches and I could not be more satisfied. They both looked brand new and my local jeweler verified the authenticity and gold content. I’m already looking forward to my next purchase from them.
Nice to deal with people of such high integrity and great customer service.

Pure Watches Review

I researched Pure Watches on numerous platforms and am confident in saying the watches they sell are authentic. They have a vast selection of watches offered at an amazing price. Everyone I spoke with was knowledgeable and forthcoming about the watches. They were available to answer my questions both before and after the sale. Pure Watches stands behind their merchandise by offering a thirty day return policy along with a one year warranty. I wouldn’t hesitate to do business with Pure Watches again.

I was planning to buy a watch from them, but something about them seems off. I steered cleared.
