There was so much soap in the clasp that it would hardly release. She told us she had never took the watch off. Not sure the exact time she wore it. Wish I would have had a camera.

She now has vowed to every 5 years taking it in for service. She will also not allow me to upgrade it.

A few months - but they were all Casio's. Before I had any of my more expensive watches, I took apart my last Casio to give it a good, thorough cleaning. OMG - the crud and gunk around the spring bars, inside the buckle, and under the caseback was disgusting (some stuff even made it past the rubber gasket). Ever since then I've stopped showering or sleeping with any watch.

When I first got my SD, I probably went a year before I stopper wearing it. I wore it in the shower, while I slept, etc. I did take it off to clean the bracelet occasionally.
