Newcastle AD goldsmiths

Display models of gmt, submariner, sky dweller on display if anyone wants to at least see what the watches look like.

Never been in for years due to consistent poor service and lack of customer care skills, a few dummies in the window and a few behind the counter in my past experience.

The Eldon square branch are very good the sales reps are excellent, the Blackett st corner branch (101) Rolexes 1st ever retailer in the UK are shockingly bad.

The Metro centre branch are best avoided.

Interesting, I wonder if all the Watches of Switzerland group will get display models. Better than nothing I suppose but you still can't get a watch so a bit pointless. If I want to see the actual watches I walk across the road to the grey dealer who has got plenty.

Watches of Switzerland group offer appalling customer service - display models isn't going to change that. I would rather use a small AD who doesn't have the watches to show but will eventually deliver the real watch.
