Thanks for the warm welcome! I have been lurking for a while, gaining knowledge, and looking for the perfect first Rolex. I had my heart set on a Sub with date, but couldn't find one in the condition I wanted for the price I wanted. Then this GMTII came along. My thought was that it was a bit more "collectible" than a sub, but I suppose that is debatable.

Anyway, what are your thoughts on swapping the coke bezel insert for an all black one? I have a knock off black one, but would rather source a Rolex one should I decide to do it. The font sharpness is not quite there.

My only other issue is that I will need to sell the Omega PO and/or Breitling B1 pretty soon in order to keep this GMTII around. And I want to keep it around! Which would you sell first? I can't let the Breitling SuperOcean go, its a great summer watch! And the B&M doesn't have enough value to sell.

Black is the new black. Swap for black asap. Just my opinion.
