Here's a link to a Wordle puzzle library of 230 that captures puzzles created prior to NYT's buyout: https://researchblog.duke.edu/2022/0...-wordles-past/

Have kept Notes and screenshots on 215 to 240 but will probably stop. Before I get a W237. |

I see people are complaining over the difficulty of the words. Are you kidding me? There are only 2500 possible words to chose from. Amazing.

Do you Wordle?
Quote:
That would be true if they were numbered in a decimal system, but there are over 150,000 words with five letters in an English dictionary. Wordle only uses a bit under 2500 in its algorithm. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk Pro

There is a website I have just discovered that tells you every word for everyday up until 2027.
Yes, obviously defeats the purpose. |

I bombed out on that one despite having _ATCH on the second guess! Argh! (Patch, Batch, Match, Latch… got stuck in a short ‘a’ sound trap.)

We play every morning with our kids. We all got hosed, none of us had a W in the first 3-4 words played. Really fun game to play daily, short time commitment.

I've been playing Quordle now. It's a little more difficult.

Started a few weeks ago with my siblings. It’s a fun game. Haven’t missed one yet and only one 6.

Just started the Major League Baseball spin-off of Wordle, WARdle. Good fun. Got today’s player in four guesses (helped that he is one of my faves).

I play twice a day. Once on NYT and the other on the Wordle! App. The app has a much larger dictionary but it includes the plural of a lot of four letter words which feels cheap IMO.

I do the Wordle, the Mini and the Quordle every morning to get the brain cooking.
The Wordle is much easier than the Quordle but I’ve never failed to solve the Quordle since l began using the same three words everyday. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk |

Go to the MedPage Today website. Scroll down until you see Wordosis. Same as Wordle but different amounts of letters and medical terms. More fun.

I've been playing since the middle of April.
So far my longest streak is 71 and I'm at 98% win percentage. Streak ended with "TRITE" Hooked on it and glad there is only 1 per day. The word KHAKI a week or so ago gave me fits, but I got it in 5. Spent 3 hours trying to make any word out of what I had left. |

Wordle 430 5/6 ⬜⬜⬜🟩⬜ ⬜🟩⬜🟩🟩 ⬜🟩🟨🟩🟩 🟩🟩⬜🟩🟩 🟩🟩🟩🟩🟩 Got lucky early then dropped the ball. Considering my hobbies, I'm surprised it did not jump out at me For the most part, I've stopped playing about the time an acquaintance of 20 years ago tried to begin daily texting - Wordle was her vehicle into daily conversation. She had divorced from my buddy, was a few hundred miles north at the wedding of another friend, and had sent a picture of the friend's wedding. I asked her, "Who's that with Megan? Her mother?" It was likely the acquaintance. I haven't heard a peep from the acquaintance since. |

I'm not hugely computer literate. My latest victory was figuring out why some PDFs I send to GCs, builders, etc include a "cannot scan, possible malicious yadda" warning in an orange box. They are locked by the city from which I get them. But if I 'export as pdf' to myself, the new version isn't locked, and sends without the LEVEL III DANGER warning. |
