Finally Settled On TT GMTIIc

It has been a very difficult two weeks ever since i joined this forum. I went from enjoying my Y series TT Sub to trading it in for a brand new SS GMTIIc. I had 10 days from my AD to return the watch with no question asked. On day ten which is today, i took it back for a brand new TT GMTIIc. I really liked the SS but there is something special about the TT that i could not resist. I am happy and ready to relax and enjoy the watch. If the wife finds out about this transactions either i or the watch will be sleeping in the basement.

You made a perfectly good choice! The TT GMTIIC is an incredibly handsome watch . Wear it in the best of health!
I also have the TT GMTIIC but I still desperately want the SS version, too!

I'm a SS man myself but the TT is a top watch.....personal choice on the metals but no matter how you look at it the new GMT's are certainly up there with the best Rolex has ever produced

Congratulations!! Wear it in good health! I would tell your wife now since it's much warmer sleeping in the basement during the summer than in the winter!

I prefer the TT GMTIIc over the SS. The SS is really nice, i had it for 10 days but my heart was with the TT and now i feel much better. TT does not do it for some people, it comes down to what you like.

Let me get this straight.....you wore a brand new s/s GMTIIc for ten days then took it back for a t/t GMTIIc? Would anyone of us want to buy this s/s as new?
Who is the AD allowing this?
I do not believe that this is standard procedure.

Here I am ! I don't do pro-bono work !

* Understand that the stated policy of your AD would not sit well with someone that pays retail for a watch and it might have been used for 240 hours by someone else.

Bad form on my part:

Congrat's on your watch. It's a looker.
