I have entered the world of FP Journe...
After a lot of research. And sitting on the fence.
I finally purchased my 1st Journe watch. And imo what a beauty it is. After a slight hiccup on the first night. Everything is working marvellously now. I just can't stop looking at it, its so comfortable to wear, the strap just appears to wraps itself around your wrist. And the dial is just so easy to read. Combine that with the weight of the Platinum and the size (40mm) of the case. Its just perfect. The movement is made from 18k Rose Gold. I have enclosed some photos. My next step will be to either visit the only AD in the country or revisit the Geneva Boutique and look at the other fantastic Journe pieces.

Tony,
First of all, heartfelt congratulations to you, FPJ Brother!! It's about bloody time, and what a piece indeed to kick it off. Comfort is one of the least mentioned hallmarks of the brand, and along with exquisiteness, there is a magical combination. Sometimes I ask myself if I need one of those magnificent retrograde calendars.... Best regards my friend. |

Congratulations and wear that beauty in good health. Some day I hope to join you and Lee in the ownership of one of his fine watches. Absolutely stunning piece you have there. The symmetry is incredible.
Great selection. Terry Newton

Terry, I too hope that you will be able to buy an FP Journe. You shan't be sorry.
Paul, I sold the Patek, although the watch was obviously beautifully made. I did struggle at times to read the sub dials. Were with the FP Journe I have quality, and beautiful craftsmanship. I have also become part of the FP Journe's history. All that and the Calendrier is so accurate and sooooooooo easy to read.
