Vintage from South America

My wife is from venezuela, so on occasion her relatives send me pictures of watches to see if I want them. Generally it is a single picture like this. Often I can decipher what it is, this time I cannot. Any guidance from this only picture?

Thanks

Agreed. Looks like some moisture may have gotten into the case....look at the bottom of the dial. Next time, have your relatives take some toothpaste and rub it on the crystal, then simply wipe it off, it will clean the crystal up quite a bit! You may also want to send them a few tubes of polywatch, this product will help clean the crystals.

taking pictures with something other than a cellphone would help too

maybe at least a picture from the back... even worse they are my inlaws so I cannot just tell them to pound sand. If I get a picture of a 1982 timex worth about 25 cents I get in trouble if I do not act like it is the grail
