Jeez ROLEX I just want a new bracelet
So in the AD today to express interest in another watch purchase and mentioned I’d be buying an oyster bracelet for my Pepsi…..Oh no sir that won’t happen.
Very disappointed. Has anyone else been lucky in getting a new oyster bracelet for their pepsi? |

I believe this is possible through Rolex Service Centre. I spoke to someone around a month ago just to see if it was possible and they confirmed it was. This was right after someone actually bought a bracelet and posted it on the Rolex forum. Unless Rolex have changed their minds again, it should be possible.

Yeah you can definitely get an oyster bracelet. If you have a Rolex service center near you just drop by and walk out with one. Dealing with ADs for anything service related is a waste of time. They really don’t know anything.

I think now the only way you can get an Oyster bracelet from Rolex, is if you already have one on a watch it came with, it is damaged, and you SWAP it out with Rolex.

Not quite sure if this would fit, as it is a glide lock sub bracelet but these come up regularly here in the classifieds

I went through this many times with my AD. He said he checked and it was not possible at the time.
However, I was in there again last week and he asked for the model # and serial # to see if they can order an oyster now. A couple days later he wrote and said yes, they can order me one from Rolex. |

RSC told me June 30th it was possible. My AD placed an order for it for me and another customer. July 12th, they cancelled both orders without explanation. I emailed RSC, and they indicated I could do it if I sent the watch in. So that’s what I’m doing.

I learned recently there is a huge disconnect between the AD and Rolex. Anything you need with your Rolex watch you need to go to Rolex directly. 99% of ADs are absolutely clueless with Rolex’s procedures and services. Not only can you get a new bracelet, but you get to keep the old one.

OP is in Scotland. Anecdotes of RSCs or ADs in other countries are irrelevant.

Realize this is a different reference, tho last weekend I went to Mayors and they checked about my first-release SkyD. Yes I'm getting the Jubilee and yes keep the stock Oyster.
As others suggested, check directly with RSC.

This process shouldn’t be so convoluted. It’s just a bracelet for a watch. You would think we were trying to find the ark of the covenant.

I just ordered (yesterday) a jubilee bracelet for my Pepsi bought on oyster from my AD. They claim that you cannot order an oyster bracelet from Rolex but can order a jubilee. They also said I could trade the oyster in for jubilee for a 30% discount on the new bracelet but they would have to hold my watch while I waited for the new bracelet. Insanity. I just paid outright for the jubilee (3167.85 with tax) and now I wait. I’ll be keeping my oyster for a while and if I really like the jubilee maybe eventually I’ll
Sell it as I have a 16710 Pepsi on oyster. |

Dear Mr xxxxx Thank you for your email. We kindly advise that an Oyster bracelet is now available on the stainless steel Rolex Oyster Perpetual GMT II, model reference 126710BLRO. We can confirm that we only offer a supply & fit service which means the watch has to come into Rolex to have the new bracelet fitted. The current cost of the new bracelet is £1250.00 excluding VAT. Should it be more convenient the bracelet can generally be ordered through local Official Rolex Retailers but we would suggest confirming with them before making a journey. Please note that we have limited stocks of the bracelet currently here in the UK but we can order further supplies from Geneva. We kindly advise that the bracelet reference is 20-79200-20 Kind Regards (Customer Relations) |

Just picked up my Sky Dweller Jubilee bracelet. Purchased from a Authorized Rolex AD for under $1900.00 dollars. It took less than a month. Now I have the best of both worlds Oyster and Jubilee.

Jeez ROLEX I just want a new bracelet
Like a lot of others have confirmed, you can get an oyster bracelet directly from an RSC (at least in the US). I did just that about a month ago at the RSC in Beverly Hills. Walked in, waited 30min for their tech to install it and left. Plus I got to keep my jubilee without any questions. Honestly, I think a lot of ADs don’t want to deal with everyone coming in and asking for bracelets that’s why they say it can’t be done. Then there are the clueless AD who know less about the products they sell than most of us.

If you go Rolex in St. James Square in London, they will sell you a bracelet. Understand that is somewhat of a trek from Scotland.

Anyone come across a DateJust 2022 41mm replacement bracelet? Bought with oyster (yellow gold and steel), wanna swap to jubilee, was quoted over $5k USD from AD. Wondering if it was that particular AD or if that is indeed the going rate. They can order easily, but it's just pricy. Trying to determine if worth buying the new and selling this oyster bracelet (which is also new).

In fairness, I don't think Rolex have been clear or consistent with communication to ADs on this. I'm going direct to St James Square when my bracelet arrives. I can keep the Oyster. Orders take about 12 weeks if not in stock. |
