My GMT bezel insert..you be the judge?
To the purists this bezel insert may be sacrilege, a frankenisation, or just plain stupid.
But to me this completes the combination of bezels having previously had the pepsi and the all black versions. Although the 1675 was never produced with the red/black bezel insert, it is a colour combination that I think is pretty cool. OK I'm ready to be slayed for my irreverence. |

Thanks JJ, heck I'm happy, you know what they say, "a change is good as a holiday". I can always go back to the black or red/blue inserts if I get the urge.
The black/red is nicer in the flesh, as the red is a real deep cherry red, so yeah, my GMT just became my favourite watch again (for the moment). & 73 |

Heck I'm a fan of the Red/Black insert. Nice thing is, it's an easy swap back.

I used to be a fan of the pepsi, but black/red is an AWESOME colour combo!
Nice watch!

I would really like to have a gray/black combo instead of red/black. I like the subtlety of the black but would enjoy different colors for ther 12 hour shifts. Hmmm does anyone know how I would go about changing a bezel color?

If you want custom colours then the only place to go is e-scam. There you can find all green, blue, red to name a few.
I don't know of anywhere that makes a colour to order. What colour were you thinking of requesting? I thought the green sub was a little out there but I guess there is still room for some other individual colours. |

I like the subtle black that I have now, but to differentiate betwen daytime hours and night I wanted black and gray, rather than black and red.

Why don't you leave a note in Rolex's suggestion box, Robert. I'm sure they'll pick right up on it.

Hell, I reckon the only reason why there wasn't a black/red 1675 is because the geniuses in Geneva hadn't thought of it till the 16750 came out.
Looks good, Stephen - I say keep it!
