Help dating this submariner?

Hi folks, would anyone know a way to date this sub exactly?

I believe its 2003-2005 due to serial starting F.. Does the engraved rehaut mean its later than 03?

Im leaning towards 04..

I think they started engraving rehauts in 2005, but for subs I thought that started with the M serials which wouldve been 2007-2008.

If yours is an F maybe the subs got engraving earlier than I thought.

Edit: Yours is a ceramic which would date it past 2010 I believe.

You could be right.. I think i have mistook a scrambled serial with it happening to have F at the beginning..

Looks like the 116610 was made 2010 onwards like you say. I was looking at 16610.. I will keep digging..

I was told it was around 7-8 years old, but i thought 20 lol

2010+. Do you have the card? If so we see if it is a new card.

Where did you get the watch from? The engraving looks slightly off to me- but could just be the photo

No it is not. There are also other flags on the authenticity of this watch. Proceed with caution here.

That engraving looks suspect, not the right font.

There are plenty of counterfeit Rolex watches which all have the same serial number, for instance F432118 is common. Just do a search for your serial to check if it is one of those.

Looks pretty fake to mee. Look at the 6 o clock marker. Way too sharp edges. Or the "hole" in the second hand. My suggestion is to stay away!

Edit: it doesn't look fake. It IS fake. No doubt.

Steer clear. Unless you already bought. In which case, I’d steer clear.
