Ordered Rolex Challenge Nov 2022 and got it Today Mar 23 2023

I Received my Rolex Challenge today. It looks a tad large on the Mayors Jewelers store manager.

On my 7.5” wrist, no problem (in my opinion). I was apparently #44 on the Watches of Switzerland conglomerated list, even though I called my SA on the day the watch was released last November. That makes it 4 months, not too shabby. One member suggested there were limited numbers of this watch to be released claiming serial numbers as # XXX/100 but mine has a regular sort of serial number. There is no indication of a limited release.

Note that as I took the dial picture from just a few inches away (all I can do with my phone) it makes the watch look bigger than it is.

It slid easily under my cuff. The slight curvature of the bezel and the bevel on the glass helps prevent the cuff from catching.

And it did come in the box that had the Challenge markings instead of the standard issue.

Congrats!! One of the most exciting releases in recent times!!

Yeah, it's not a limited edition. That xxx/100 thing is just some internal list of WoS.

Enjoy in great health!

Very cool. I have a 7.375" wrist, and would absolutely rock this, just can't choke up the $26K!

Congratulations!

Weight comparison:

H2O Kalmar 2 - 250gm with bracelet but I put on the rubber band.
Grand Seiko 5 day Spring Drive 001 - 164gm with bracelet but again, using the rubber band for now.
Omega Ultra Deep - The heaviest at 254gm, also with my favorite clasp, sleeker and better looking to me.
Challenge - 251gm.
James Cameron - 228gm.

Congrats! Ask about this one at every AD I go into as I still want to see one in the flesh.

Personally, I can't justify the $27k. That's $10k more than I paid for my Rolesor Sea-Dweller last year.

Still, an amazing piece, and you definitely have a theme going there.

I’ve struggled with this watch since it was released other than as some sort of show piece or display. Presented like this, the watch makes much more sense to me.

Nicely done - congrats!!

Congratulations! Got to say though, out of all of those watches the Kalmar impresses me the most. It looks to be the most legible by far and has some very impressive specs.

Congrats!
It's such a cool piece and an accomplishment by Rolex

(But, "easily sliding" under your cuff )
