Anyone expert in Dreamweaver CS4?
I'm creating a new website for business (tax law) and wondered if anyone has any hints on how to create a member login using their e-mail as a username with an associated password.
I want to oblige members to join and have their e-mails to send them notifications about future tax bulletins, so they can come to the website and log in. Thanks in advance

Don't know how to do it; but I know Rotary International uses email for login name.

This would require some level of PHP programming, and a database such as MySQL. Both things you can't really do in Dreamweaver.

Mmmm I think you are right about having the Mysql and AdminPHP set up too.
I want to have a short couple of introductory sentences that are on a page on my website (this would be the same text as I send in e-mails to registered members), with a button to more detailed information which can only be accessed by registered users. Thanks guys, part of my problem is just thinking this one through

I suggest looking for someone at http://www.guru.com - you can find companies or freelance individuals who specialize in all sorts of web projects, from all over the World. I have found several people (from India, New Zealand, and Japan) who are now employees of mine from that website. Depending on who you go with (usually the people who aren't American) you won't end up paying too much.

Thanks Yame I'll check that out
I think it might be a bit too technical for me to handle especially in the time frame I have to get this up and running.
