Quick question about JLC straps

I have a duo face tribute and I’m planning on buying a couple of new straps. Anyone know what size would fit it? 19mm? Thanks a ton for the help!

JLC website has a really nice strap purchasing tool based on your watch.

I tried entering my reference number, but it says "The straps matching your engraved reference are not available for purchase on our website at this time. Please contact our personal advisors who can assist you with your purchase.:

I don't know if I'm doing something wrong, or whatever. I did find the size though. It's 20mm. The blue Fagliano looks pretty cool, but I'm not able to order it online.

Ordering from ABP Concept.

Yea that’s not just you. The JLC website is awful when it comes to the strap finder. I had the same issue with my Burgundy Reverso which drove me nuts. I wound up just calling the NYC Boutique instead.

I second that. Website is good for pics but when you actually want to buy contact a boutique. NYC is the best one.

Another strap option is Camille Fournet. IIRC they were an OEM supplier to JLC. I've played around with their strap customizer, but am still waiting for my JLC incoming. CF is rather pricey though. But they have a good range of customizable options.

Jean Rousseau is what most Richemont brands use (VC and Lange for sure).

I've owned both and the quality of the alligator is a little better on JR but both are nice.

I’ve used their chat feature once and a customer service rep was able to assist with my inquiries.
