Blancpain Limited edition for James Cameron?

Hi forum. Was wondering what your thoughts are on trading a James Cameron 136660 , the newest version, for a Blancpain fifty fathoms Ocean Commitment 3, from 2018 with a production run of 250 and 40mm size? Thanks in advance for your input.

The OC3 is a lovely looking watch and one that doesn’t show up often for sale. That said, I find the 40mm FF cases to wear very small. Regardless of how you were to acquire it, definitely try it on before committing. If I were to pursue another FF or Bathyscaphe from Blancpain I’d likely gravitate toward a 42-45mm for my 7inch wrist. Also worth noting that the Blancpain pieces don’t seem to hold value well so buy under the assumption that it will be both difficult to move if you ever get bored of it (less demand) and unlikely to go up in price with time. Either way, good luck!

Totally misread this post at first.
Personally I would keep the James Cameron.
I had a Deepsea I sold and I really miss it.
I had a FF and was glad to sell it. The 45 mm is just too big (for me at least) so I decided to sell it.
I had to get one of the 40 mm LEs. I was about to pull the trigger and found out a guy local I know had one after talking for a bit he let me wear it for a couple days and it just looked small to me. I don't think it was that it looked small on my wrist but it looked small compared to what most recognize as a FF and in my head it just always looked off so I was lucky I got to wear one a bit before spending the $ for one.
Still the FF is a cool watch and if you have the itch bad enough do it, you can always get another one and there are always buyers for the FF

ETA Just looked at the Ocean Commitment 3 and that would be a big no for me. If you are a big supporter of Ocean Commitment or what they do I guess go for it but I think the logo on the dial is just too distracting and I don't buy a watch to advertise for a 3rd party.
