2024 Sprite - Thoughts?

Inspirations for Rolex designers, who messed up on the orientation of the watch.

Looks good!

Full disclosure, I love the quirkiness of the Sprite

This would require such little effort by Rolex and probably exactly why it’ll happen. It would be popular because the colors work together on so many levels.

I do like it, but truth be told I’d rather have the lefty just because it’s different.

Prefer the lefty. Makes it special. If they change or discontinue the folks that have one will be Happy. I’m patiently waiting to add one and put it right into the rotation.

It’s a winner for me , really like the bezel but can’t get past the current model looking like it’s upside down

So the question now is, is this photoshopped or did you switch the Bezel onto an LN, which is what it looks like. I have to say, it looks really nice.

I'd expect Rolex to keep a left-hand GMT for a while now as they must have gone to a lot of trouble to change the machining for the case.
I have a feeling you'll see a right-hand Sprite but they'll change the dial colour of the Lefty

10 bucks it's a bezel swap, the reflections are too accurate for it being a Photoshop job (or it would've required significant effort).

Dial is for sure from an old LN as seen by the green text and lack of a crown in the middle of "Swiss Made".

I have a lefty and wear it on my left. I have to be handy at work so actually appreciate tje crown being away from wrist. I never adjust or wind the watch with my watch on anyway so the crown being out of the way has been great.

Color scheme is okay. It’s cool that it’s different. But the orientation looked terible to me when it first came out. After seeing it in person like 4-5x i warmed up to it.

The dumbest thing is that it costs so much and then more than the other GMTs.

Outside of market price, i think GMT should be a $5500 watch, max.

I've no desire for a GMT so it makes little difference to me. Since I've no horse in the race, I'll say I wish they'd make a Hulk in the new Sub dimensions!

I think it's a realistic possibility. Rolex already has everything needed to make it happen.

That would be the one I would buy. I prefer the jubilee bracelet but the oyster would work. Really waiting on a new ceramic Black/Red, Coke.

I don’t think Rolex will make this figure. The original is unique.

You got it right. It is a bezel swap on a 116710ln.

Easy for Rolex to do, if they want. Would this expand the GMT range of knock one of the present models off the line up? The former I suspect.

This is one of the interesting things about Rolex, they don't always do the obvious. In fact, do they ever?

Several ADs and a boutique told me a right handed version will not happen as to avoid upsetting those who purchased current model already.

What's messed up is, people bitchin an moaning about Rolex tapping into an underrated/unserved left hand market.

Makes me laugh, especially at those who get so stoked and upset about others wearing this watch on the left arm!

This one I would purchase. I tried on the VTNR at my AD and I just can't come to terms with it. I like the color combo but it's a no go on the lefty version.
