36mm looks fine in my opinion. I prefer 40mm to 42mm in full disclosure but I think the 36 is great on you.

Keep your 206, brother. You have a dial color that (almost) matches the metal. The unbroken color scheme makes wear a bit larger. Perfect compromise.

I think the long term answer is to have both.

My wrist is 7" and my YG DD36 fits great. I also have a WG DJ36 with a leather strap and both watches look like I am wearing them.

That being said, I do expect to get a platinum DD and plan on it being a 40 just to have both. That being said, it is a bigger watch and seems like it is wearing me, if that makes any sense.

I think YG wears bigger, so getting a YG 40 may be overwhelming compared to a 36.

I also have a 42 Moonwatch and a 44 Panerai and honestly these things look like I am wearing a dinner plate on my wrist.

I have to decide by sometime today. The options are as follows:

1) Trade my 6240 & 16600 plus 3k for a naked 228206 index motif dial
2)same trade as above plus 16k for new complete 228206
3) Trade my 6240 and my 118206 for a new unworn 228206 complete…no cash
4) just stay as I am

I like the 40 better. To be honest, though, the 36 doesn't look too small on your wrist. You could do a 40 and it wouldn't look too big either.

Size wise... absolutely perfect at 36.

I would opt for a fluted bezel but that is me.

At some stage I will add a DD and even though I can pull off a 40, I think the DD just HAS to be 36.
