Icon5 Help please...

I'm in a jeweler who has a 2 tone Jubilee bracelet, diamond hour markers on a MOP face, with gold fluted bezel.
I'm on the fence about the MOP.
Opinions? Do you like MOP?
Big thanks!

If you like it, that’s what matters. I’m not a huge fan, personally.

MOP Dials look great in natural sunlight. Walk outside and look at it. The diamonds are icing on the cake.

Don’t like it, personally. MOP is a thin sliver of organic material and I’d be worried about longevity as much as anything.

Well, you're actively asking for opinions: I don't like MOP. Never have. Reminds of cheap jewelry that grandma used to own. The lavender of perfume.

My wife likes it. I might wear a watch with it - but it would have to be the right one for me.

If you are sold on it, then go for it!! If you aren't, then maybe you should reconsider.

Above all, remember that YOU are the one who will live with it - not a bunch of us online strangers.

Personally not a fan.
But I work with a really rich, finicky, female attorney that's super into that exact same watch.

It's a great looking dial, but you have to like and wear it.

Thanks everyone
I'm buying it. I wish I could post a picture but I'm not sure how. I have a reservation for diamond bezel & hour markers but it's a bit much for everyday wear. I never was a MOP fan but the watch glows. It's beautiful (for a girl)

One thing I like about MOP, Meteorite, Falcon Eye, etc is they are one of a kind

Since you ask, not a fan of MOP, feels old fashioned.

My thoughts as well, but if you like it then do it!

Congrats in advance and don’t forget to post pics!

Congratulations
I think that’s a great move as I was going to say that I and my wife love MOP. It’s unique and really comes to life in the right light. Looks like i’m in the minority, but as everyone said: if you like it then go for it!
Wear it in good health.

Help please...

I love my Tissot MOP dial PRX Powermatic 80 35. In the sunlight, it picks up green and pink hues. It’s the first time I’ve seen a textured dial made of MOP, and it cost more than the other dial choices.

not a MOP fan myself, seems a bit contrived / overdone (again, for me), but up to you. As you said, "for a girl". Wear it in good health and enjoy it
